When I received Melt Banana's remix via email a few months ago, my sides nearly split with laughter. It is a perfect synergistic marriage of my song and their frenetic, ecstatic approach to making their own music. Having been friends for over twenty years, and holding them in great admiration as musicians and people, it was truly an honor and a trip to hear this all entwined musically. I hope you enjoy it.I am beyond happy to have them involved. We hope you enjoy it.

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
Space rock jams get experimental and slightly evil with zoned out synths and wheezing guitar lines plus soft, sweet vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 20, 2017
The Dublin trio melds post-rock and jazz, adding electronic touches, for a signature sound that's energetic, spacious, and resonant. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 2, 2019

Long-form trance-y rhythmic jams, with a fun shambling edge, sounding like a cross between music from Africa's Sahel region crossed with a Tom Waits instrumental... Jascha Narveson
